Responsibilities:

• Conducting group and individual training sessions for children, teenagers, and adults, and creating engaging and effective programs.
• Building long-term and trusting relationships with clients, supporting their progress and motivation at every stage.
• Organizing and participating in in-club events and competitions, and inspiring clients to achieve new milestones.
• Preparing athletes for tournaments and competitions, including obtaining sports ranks.
• Strict adherence to safety regulations and care for a comfortable training environment.
• Providing feedback to clients and their parents regarding progress and further training plans.

Requirements:

• Higher or incomplete higher education in the field of physical education and sports, pedagogy, or psychology.
• Charisma and professionalism: you are attentive, responsible, customer-oriented, and know how to approach people of all ages.
• Passion for working with children, teenagers, and adults: you know how to engage each client and instill a love for sports, making classes interesting and memorable.
• Understanding the basics of athletes' physical training and the ability to convey information in a creative and accessible manner.
• Knowledge of the psychophysiological features of children's development and the ability to apply this knowledge in practice.
• Experience as a coach is a big advantage, and if you are an International Master of Sports, Master of Sports, or Candidate Master of Sports in artistic gymnastics, acrobatics, or trampoline, then you are our top candidate!
• Intermediate or higher English proficiency is a separate “like”!
